While riding my bike just above Stewart Nature Park on the west side of Cliffside, I paused to take this photo of the sun setting behind the Logan Temple. My favorite part about the photo is the great orange colors in the sky created by the sun.

This is Maggie. She’s an escape artist. She belongs the McCollum family at 51S. 1400 East in Logan. If you see her running loose in the neighborhood, know that she has burrowed her way under the fence and is just looking for things to sniff. She is harmless. Please call the McCollums at 753-4647 to report her whereabouts and we will rush to pick her up before the animal control officer catches her and takes her to the pound. We’ll give you a batch of cookies in return.
I am Charlie McCollum, the editor of The Herald Journal, and I am presenting this neighborhood news item about Maggie as a demonstration of how the “Your Cache Valley” interactive Web site can be used. Though this is just a demonstration, I am serious about Maggie. We love her dearly, and although she is mischievous as heck, we’d hate to see something happen to her.
